Central Park is home to us. We wake up with the first sun everyday to open our doors to you and share with you all this beauty. Our tour is not just a service, it’s all about spending a memorable time together. We don’t get paid and say bye to you, but we want to be friends stay in touch and provide you with other adventures in the future. Contact us for specifics. We will do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Where do I meet my Pedicab Driver?Our Meet up & Pick up location : 1411 6th ave. New York NY 10019 ( in front of starbucks)

How many people fit in one Pedicab?By New York law no more than 3 peoples are allowed in one Pedicab.

If I came late for the tour time i booked, would i be able to get later tour without any extra charge?"We will do our best to work with your arrival time. Just let us know if you are late and we will inform any available tour guide to pick you up.

Do I have to book a tour in advance?Advance purchases are highly recommended as the cost to book a tour in advance is 20-40% less than the walk in price. It maximizes your chance to get a date and time you prefer.

Are childrens allowed?Yes, childrens of all ages are allowed to ride on the pedicabs.

How early should I arrive?We recommend you to arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before your tour time.

Does the tour ends at the pickup location?Yes, you will be returned to the same pickup location. However you can ask driver to drop you off somewhere around Central Park.

Do I need to bring my ticket confirmation to check in?After compliting a purchase you will receive confirmation email. You do not need to bring your printed ticket.

Is my credit card transaction secure?Yes. Your ticket purchase goes through Paypal SSL.

How will i know if a tour has been cancelled?Most tours take place rsin or shiny day. In some weather conditions, a tour may be cancelled. We attempt to make weather cancellations as far in advance as possible. We will notify you by email.

Are refunds available?Yes. All tours which is cancelled in 24 hours in advance of tour time are eligible for a full refund.

Do you offer tour for one person, or can i join someones tour ?"Yes, we do offer tour for one person, if you purchase two child tickets. No, all our tours are privet it can't be joind. Please contact us for more info.
